Babysitters.ie, reserves the right to terminate your account at any time, including if Babysitters.ie, learns that you have provided false registration information or have violated the Terms.

Babysitters.ie, will initially only service Ireland, excluding certain remote areas. Access will be available to the web site internationally.

We will, of course, share your contact information with other members of your group in order that they may contact you to exchange babysitting services. We may provide your personal information to An Garda Siochana or other investigating agencies anywhere in the world to assist them in the investigation of any suspected violations of law. We also have the right to share your name and contact information with our solicitors and other legal representatives in the event of serious violations of conduct.

THIS WEBSITE RECOMMEND INDIVIDUALS FOR BABYSITTING SERVICES. BABYSITTERS.IE
ALLOWS YOU TO EXCHANGE BABYSITTING SERVICES WITH INDIVIDUALS YOU ALREADY KNOW
AND TRUST. BY AGREEING TO USE THIS SERVICE AND BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS, YOU AGREE TO USE THE SERVICE ONLY FOR SUCH PURPOSE. YOU SHOULD NOT
AND AGREE HERE EXPRESSLY THAT YOU WILL NOT USE THIS SERVICE TO ALLOW ANY PERSON
UNKNOWN TO YOU (OR WHO HAS NOT BEEN RECOMMENDED TO YOU BY SOMEONE YOU ALREADY
KNOW AND TRUST) TO BABYSIT YOUR CHILDREN OR CHILDREN FOR WHICH YOU HAVE RESPONSIBILTY.
YOU AGREE THAT BABYSITTERS.IE (AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS,
AND SHAREHOLDERS) WILL HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU OR TO ANYONE
ELSE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THE INDIVIDUALS YOU ALLOW TO PERFORM BABYSITTING
SERVICES. BABYSITTERS.IE (AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND
SHAREHOLDERS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS THAT MAY BE SUFFERED BY YOU OR
BY ANY THIRD PARTY AS A RESULT OF THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL PROVIDING
THE BABYSITTING SERVICES. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY BABYSITTERS.IE FOR ANY CLAIM
BROUGHT BY A THIRD PARTY AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE.
YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR SOLE RISK. BABYSITTERS.IE, AND BABYSITTERS.IE'S
DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, AGENTS OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES FOR ANY LOSS THAT YOU OR THIRD PARTIES MAY

SITE OR VIRUSES), OR DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL,

PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS), WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY,

OF THE SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUES,
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR OTHER SPECIAL DAMAGES EVEN IF BABYSITTERS.IE HAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSS. Your sole and exclusive
remedy for any breach of these Terms by Babysitters.ie shall be a refund of
the fees paid for membership. Babysitters.ie is not responsible for, and shall
have no liability with respect to, the content of third party web sites that
are linked to or from the site. Babysitters.ie is not responsible for the user
generated content on the site.
Third party content and monitoring
Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information provided by other users of the Babysitters.ie, web site(s), are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) of that information and not of Babysitters.ie. Babysitters.ie neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, information, or statement made on the web site(s) by anyone other than authorised Babysitters.ie spokespersons while acting in their official capacities. Your account security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and the activities that occur under your username and password. You agree to immediately notify Babysitters.ie, of any unauthorised use of your username and password, or any other breach in security. Babysitters.ie cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately safeguard your username and/or password, or to otherwise comply with this section.
Cancellation Policy
In respect of subscription and joining fee payments if you cancel any subscriptions to a Comado Limited / Babysitters.ie service before the end of the contract or subscription period you will not be entitled to a refund of all or part of amounts already paid by you. By purchasing a paid subscription to Babysitters.ie, you understand and accept that Babysitters.ie is solely a service which allows you to exchange babysitting services with individuals you know and trust, and you agree to use the service only for such purpose. Due to the fact that we provide the service to you from the moment you purchase it, we cannot offer a cancellation or "cooling off" period. This is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Termination
You agree that Babysitters.ie, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the web site(s), and remove and discard any information posted by you on the web site(s), for any reason, including, without limitation, if Babysitters.ie, believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms. You agree that Babysitters.ie, may terminate your access to the web site(s) without prior notice, and they acknowledge and agree that Babysitters.ie, may immediately deactivate or delete their account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the web site. Further, you agree that Babysitters.ie, shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the web site. You may discontinue your participation in and access to the web site(s) at any time.
Interpretation and Operation of Agreement
This document embodies all of the Terms and you may not rely on any representation, promise, or any understanding not expressly set forth in these Terms. No failure or delay by Babysitters.ie to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms shall be or be deemed to be a waiver thereon. If any term of these Terms or any part thereof shall be or be declared illegal invalid or unenforceable for any reason by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such terms or provisions shall be divisible from the balance of these Terms and shall be deemed to be deleted.
Contract Formation and Governing Law
Any and all contracts formed between Babysitters.ie and you will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
